Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition, with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and cellophane intact.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us. A 15% handling fee will apply to all returned items.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us by email within 7 working days if the items are damaged. If you receive incorrect goods, do not open them—contact us right away. If you fail to notify us, the goods will be considered accepted. You may return goods within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in new and unused condition. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the goods, but shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.

For defective or damaged items, the goods must be returned for replacement after receiving prior email confirmation from us. Prior consent is required before shipping any goods back. All returns are at the buyer’s risk until received by us. Please ensure that the return package clearly displays the original order number. Refunds and warranties will not apply to goods damaged due to misuse or failure to follow instructions. We offer a 7-day policy for exchanges if the product is faulty, but refunds are only processed after we have had a chance to address the issue. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges on opened or used goods.
